Customers may return or exchange products purchased on the Biogourmet website in accordance with applicable law, including under the right of withdrawal, where applicable.<\/p>\n

Unless otherwise specified, the user has 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product to notify us of their intention to return it. The product must be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, complete, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n
